Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi National Park Our driver will pick you from your hotel after breakfast then you drive to south-western Uganda. You will have a stopover at the equator for photos and experiments then proceed to Mbarara for lunch. After lunch, drive through the savanna grasslands and here you will be able to see the beautiful banana plantations and the long-horned herds of cattle (the pride of Ankole). As you ascend to the Kigezi highlands, you will begin enjoying the cool breeze of the Pearl of Africa. As you approach Bwindi, you will be able to see the peaks of the active Virunga volcanoes in Congo then drop off to the valley to Bwindi Impenetrable national park. Check in at the hotel of your choice for dinner and overnight Day 2: Gorilla Tracking Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park Day 4: Game Drive and Return Home Wake up very early in the morning ready best part of the day. After breakfast, drive to the northern Kazinga channel and here you will get an opportunity to see the early risers as they go back to their hideouts and as you proceed to the vegetation of the park that is bushy grassland, acacia woodland, forest grassland, and swampy vegetation, you will be able to see a number of bird species. On arrival on the Kasenyi plain that is East of Kasese road, this part has the kobs mating ground and here there are high chances of viewing a lion awaiting its prey. Return to the park for late breakfast then take a rest as you wait for lunch then drive to Kazinga channel for a boat cruise on the banks of the lake. Kazinga channel is located between Lake George and Lake Edward and its 40km long. the shore is an attraction to many birds, you will be able to see a variety of birds like white-winged warbler, lesser and greater flamingos, African skimmer, pink-backed pelican, the rare shore bill stork, martial eagles etc and a number of elephant families, herds of Buffalos, antelopes as they drink water on the lake then crocodiles and hippos. In the evening, drive to the exit gate of the park heading to Kampala at Entebbe Airport for your onward flight back home
