Day 1: Kilimanjaro Airport - Arusha
Meet our representative on arrival at Kilimanjaro airport and transfer to Arusha

Day 2 : Arusha National Park
Today, we drive to Arusha National Park with picnic lunch, the park is famous for its birdlife, we will have a game drive, and hiking in the park enabling us to get used to Tanzania climate before the climb. Accommodation: Mt Meru Game Lodge Meals included: breakfast, packed lunch and dinner

Day 3: Arusha to Machame - 1280m to 3100m
1hr drive transfer Arusha to Machame gate, 5-7hrs hike, 18kms to Machame campsite - FB

Day 4: MACHAME TO SHIRA - 3100m to 3840m
4-6hrs hike, 9kms to Shira campsite - FB Vegetation: Moorland

Day 5: SHIRA TO BARRANCO FB - 3840m to 3860m
6-7hrs hike higher to 4630, then descend, 15kms to Barranco campsite - FB

Day 6: Barranco - Karanga - 3860m to 4200m
4hrs hike, 7kms to Karanga Valley campsite - FB Vegetation: Alpine desert

Day 7: Karanga to Barafu - 4200m to 4600m
4hrs hike, 6kms to Barafu campsite - FB Vegetation: Alpine desert

Day 8: Barafu to Summit - 4600m to 5895m
5hrs Mid-night hike to Stella point to experience sunrise, another 1-2hrs to Summit, total 7kms to Summit, Vegetation: snowscree and ice-capped summit. SUMMIT TO MWEKA - 5895m to 3100m after summit, 7-8hrs descend, 23kms to Mweka Campsite – FB

Day 9: Mweka to Arusha - 3100m to 1280m
It 3-4hrs descend to, 15kms to Park entrance, and say good bye to Kilimanjaro porters and guides.
Another 2hrs drive transfer to your lodge Accommodation: Mt Meru Game Lodge Meals include, breakfast, packed lunch and dinner

Day 10: Tarangire National Park
AM 2hrs drive to Tarangire National Park and packed lunch. Game drive in Tarangire National Park. Game drive timing between 11h30 - 18h00 Accommodation at Tarangire Safari Lodge FB Meals include, breakfast, packed lunch and dinner

Day 11: Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, we leave Tarangire for Lake Manyara National Park in the Great Rift Valley. The park is home to tree-climbing lion, colorful birds, elephant and hippo. Game drive in Manyara for the rest of the day. Accommodation: Lake Manyara Hotel or similar with Lake View. Meals include, breakfast, packed lunch and dinner

Day 12: Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, 08h30am, drive pass the malanja depression and Plains, en-route game viewing, visit Olduvai Gorge Museum, continue en-route game viewing to Naabi Park Gate.
(Naabi Park gate is the border of Ngorongoro Conservation area and Serengeti National Park), here you can opted to do a short 15 minutes designated Nature Trail Walk on the Slopes of Naabi hill. You will enter Serengeti National Park, packed lunch and continue a further afternoon game drive in Serengeti National Park. Before 6pm we will drive to our overnight at Serengeti.
(Good chance to see leopard, hyena, gazelle, lion, ostrich, giraffe, buffalo and many more animals) Accommodation: Serengeti Sopa Lodge Meals included: breakfast, packed lunch and dinner

Day 13: Serengeti National Park
We shall do a balloon safari and continue game drive in Serengeti national park. Full day game drive of Serengeti National Park (lunch or Packed lunch, as game drive timing will depend on where Wildlife can be best spotted). Return to our overnight at Serengeti Lodge FB Accommodation at Serengeti Sopa Lodge and Meals include, breakfast, lunch or packed lunch and dinner

DETAILS:

5:00 am, Serengeti Balloon Safaris will collect you from your central Serengeti lodge or camp, and transfer you by Land rover to our launch site near Maasai Kopjes. Here you will meet your pilot, receive a briefing and watch the inflation of your balloon.
At dawn we take off, rising as the sun rises and float in whichever direction the winds of the morning take us. Your pilot can precisely Control the altitude of your balloon: sometimes flying at tree top height, sometimes lower, offering a unique perspective and great photographic opportunities of the wildlife below.
At other times he will ascend to 1000' or more to see the enormity and wonderful panorama of the Serengeti. From time to time the pilot must put more heat into the balloon with the powerful whisper burners. In between these burns, there is silence apart from the natural sounds below.
The flight is for about one hour depending on conditions, on landing you celebrate in the traditional manner with champagne (well, an excellent sparkling wine), before sitting down to a full English breakfast prepared and served in the bush in 'Out of Africa' style with bone china, linen table cloths, King's silver etc. After breakfast you receive your Serengeti Balloon certificate and we drive you back to Seronera Lodge game viewing enroute. 9:30 am Arrive at Seronera ready to continue your day's activities.

Day 14: Serengeti National Park

Full day game drive of Serengeti National Park (lunch or Packed lunch, as game drive timing will depend on where Wildlife can be best spotted). Return to our overnight at Serengeti Lodge FB

Day 15: Ngorongoro Crater
Today we leave Serengeti for the crater, stopping enroute at Olduvai Gorge for a private guided visit of this history-changing archaeological site made famous by the Leakey family. We also visit a Masai village to learn about their cultures and more. We will arrive at the crater for afternoon game drive in the crater, Accommodation: Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge.
Meals included: breakfast, lunch or packed lunch and dinner

Day 16: NGORONGORO CRATER
After breakfast, descent onto the crater floor, game drive on the crater floor. This is the only Park where, Black Rhino could be spotted. Packed lunch at a picnic site, and continue game drive until late afternoon. You are allowed in the crater for a maximum of 6hrs.( NOTE: The park gate on the crater rim ascent closes at 6pm sharp )

Day 17: Ngorongoro / Arusha / Departure for Uganda.
Descend into Ngorongoro crater for another game drive in the crater exploring the short-grass plains of the crater floor. This extinct Volcano embraces 100sq miles alive with lion, leopard, rhino, elephant, buffalo, and many More games, then drive to Arusha.
Day room at MT MERU LODGE, evening transfer to Kilimanjaro airport for the flight to Entebbe international airport. Drive directly to Jinja for over night stay at the Jinja Accommodation: Hotel of your choice in Jinja on full board


Day 18: Jinja
Go White water rafting that will take a half day. and in the evening drive back to Kampala. Over
night at Hotel of your choice.

Day 19: Drive to Entebbe to take up your boat to Ngamba Island Chimp sanctuary. You will have a chance to watch the feeding of the chimps at 2pm.Over night stay at G and C camp at the island.

Day 20:
Early morning entry into the forest with the young orphaned chimps for the walk. After lunch will take the boat to Entebbe and drive to Kampala for over night stay at Hotel Africana.

Day 21: Murchision Falls NP
Begin the panoramic drive to the northwest through the famous Luwero Triangle and Masindi Town to Murchison Falls National Park, arriving in time for lunch at the spectacular situated site at the top of the fall where you can see the Nile's beauty perfected! Marvel at the Nile, compressing from up to one km squeezed through a 7 meter canyon dropping 150 meters with a thunderous roar, creating a beautiful rainbow, a plume of spray and the best thing that happened to the Nile 'The Murchison Falls' enjoy the sunset as you return to the lodge.

Day 22: Game viewing Safari - Murchison Falls National Park
Early morning game drive on the northern bank. Your guide will help you spot elephant, lion, cape buffalo, roth child's giraffe, hartebeest, waterbuck, oribi, bush back, bohor reed buck, hyena and if you are lucky, the leopard. After a packed lunch picnic, go for a boat safari upstream the calm Victoria Nile to the base of the falls stopping just tens of meters from the 'Devil's Cauldron', marvel at the toothsome hippos, crocodiles and over the 17km stretch you may see elephant, waterbuck and Uganda Kob. This is also the zone of many birds, species like goliath heron, Egyptian goose, pelican bee-eater, kingfisher, hornbill, cormorant and the rare shoebill stork. After taking shorts of the photogenic Murchison Falls, return to Paraa Lodge or Nile Safari Camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 23: Albertine Rift Tour
All day drive south via Hoima to Fort Portal through verdant countryside and pass traditional homesteads and farms. Fort Portal rests in the shadow of the fabled 'Mountains of the Moon'. Dinner and overnight at the tree house at Kanyanchu Toursit centre.

Day 24: Chimpanzee Tracking - Kibale Forest NP, Uganda
A half day search of chimpanzee and ten other primates including, phoestes, red-colobus, red-tailed and Grey-cheeked Mangabey. The guide will provide explanation, not only on primates, but also on all the forest's fauna and flora and will insure that your walk is both informative and enjoyable. This walk is excellent for viewing bird life and seeing primates at close quarters. After the tracking relax and after lunch drive to Bigodi ecological site for butterflies and bird viewing. Over night stay at the tree house.

Day 25: Wildlife Safari - Queen Elizabeth NP, Uganda
After morning breakfast, Proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park following the mystical Rwenzori Mountain Range. A game drive en route may yield viewing a lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, hyena and a variety of antelope species. After lunch drive to the creator region for sight seeing. Visit Lake Katwe salt factory to see local methods of making salt.

Day 26: Game Viewing in Queen Elizabeth NP, Uganda
An early game drive today. Queen Elizabeth National Park's diverse eco-system of grassy plains, tropical forest, rivers, swamps, lakes and volcanic craters is home to an incredible abundance of wildlife. Game drives in this park, with the massive Rwenzori as backdrop, provides excellent opportunities to see lion, leopard, giant forest hog, buffalo, elephant, defassa waterbuck, Uganda Kob,
topi and bushbuck. These two game drives and the boat trip (taken prior) are memorable methods of discovering a vast array of Ugandan wildlife. After lunch, enjoy the unique 2-hour boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel into Lake Edward.
This trip passes through possibly the highest concentration of hippos. This launch/cruise offers and excellent platform for photography bird watching and game viewing. The prolific bird life is colorful and stupendous, with well over 550 resident species.

Day 27: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest NP, Uganda
Early drive to Kyambura gorge for chimp tracking in the rain forest. Even if you fail to see the chimps,the forest walk itself is rewarding and memorable! Drive through the 'Switzerland of Africa area known as the Kigezi Highlands with its terraced hillside and winding roads to Kisoro or Bwindi. Dinner and overnight stay at Buhoma Home stead.

Day 28: Gorilla Trek - Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

There will be an early morning entry into the gorilla sanctuary. The rainforest is spectacular.
It offers a dramatic, steeply forested landscape and is incredibly dense, but crisscrossed by numerous animals’ trails allowing access to tourists. Mammals recorded include the endangered Mt. Gorilla, rare golden monkey, buffalo, elephant, black-fronted duiker, bushbuck, leopard, giant forest hog and others. This park is best known for the fascinating gorillas. The time taken and the terrain vary according to the movements of the marvelous primates. The thrill of spending time and observing the gorillas is a rare moving, awesome and exciting adventure. The gorilla is a shy and peaceful animal and it is an unforgettable experience to watch and photograph them as they interact. Dinner and overnight at Buhoma Homestead.

Day 29: Lake Bunyonyi Island Tour, Uganda
Drive to Kabale a region known as the 'Switzerland of Africa' with beautiful terraced landscape and rolling hills and valleys.

Day 30: Boat ride - Lake Bunyonyi, Uganda
After breakfast, we do a boat ride alongo Lake Bunyonyi to see various islands that include the punishing island where girls who could conceive before marriage were dropped for crocodile to fist on them though other where resceued by fishermen in exchange for ahand in marriage, the lake for bird viewing and sight seeing. Return to the Resort for lunch. After our lunch drive to Kisoro and cross the border. Dinner and overnight at Gorilla nest Camp in Rwanda. B,L,D

Day 23: Albertine Rift Tour
All day drive south via Hoima to Fort Portal through verdant countryside and pass traditional homesteads and farms. Fort Portal rests in the shadow of the fabled 'Mountains of the Moon'. Dinner and overnight at the tree house at Kanyanchu Toursit centre.

Day 24: Chimpanzee Tracking - Kibale Forest NP, Uganda
A half day search of chimpanzee and ten other primates including, phoestes, red-colobus, red-tailed and Grey-cheeked Mangabey. The guide will provide explanation, not only on primates, but also on all the forest's fauna and flora and will insure that your walk is both informative and enjoyable. This walk is excellent for viewing bird life and seeing primates at close quarters. After the tracking relax and after lunch drive to Bigodi ecological site for butterflies and bird viewing. Over night stay at the tree house.

Day 25: Wildlife Safari - Queen Elizabeth NP, Uganda
After morning breakfast, Proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park following the mystical Rwenzori Mountain Range. A game drive en route may yield viewing a lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, hyena and a variety of antelope species. After lunch drive to the creator region for sight seeing. Visit Lake Katwe salt factory to see local methods of making salt.
Dinner and over night at Mweya safari Lodge or Jacana Safari Lodge.

Day 26: Game Viewing in Queen Elizabeth NP, Uganda
An early game drive today. Queen Elizabeth National Park's diverse eco-system of grassy plains, tropical forest, rivers, swamps, lakes and volcanic craters is home to an incredible abundance of wildlife. Game drives in this park, with the massive Rwenzori as backdrop, provides excellent opportunities to see lion, leopard, giant forest hog, buffalo, elephant, defassa waterbuck, Uganda Kob,
topi and bushbuck. These two game drives and the boat trip (taken prior) are memorable methods of discovering a vast array of Ugandan wildlife. After lunch, enjoy the unique 2-hour boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel into Lake Edward.
This trip passes through possibly the highest concentration of hippos. This launch/cruise offers and excellent platform for photography bird watching and game viewing. The prolific bird life is colorful and stupendous, with well over 550 resident species.
Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge or the Jacana Safari Lodge.

Day 27: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest NP, Uganda
Early drive to Kyambura gorge for chimp tracking in the rain forest. Even if you fail to see the chimps,the forest walk itself is rewarding and memorable! Drive through the 'Switzerland of Africa area known as the Kigezi Highlands with its terraced hillside and winding roads to Kisoro or Bwindi. Dinner and overnight stay at Buhoma Home stead.

Day 28: Gorilla Trek - Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

There will be an early morning entry into the gorilla sanctuary. The rainforest is spectacular.
It offers a dramatic, steeply forested landscape and is incredibly dense, but crisscrossed by numerous animals’ trails allowing access to tourists. Mammals recorded include the endangered Mt. Gorilla, rare golden monkey, buffalo, elephant, black-fronted duiker, bushbuck, leopard, giant forest hog and others. This park is best known for the fascinating gorillas. The time taken and the terrain vary according to the movements of the marvelous primates. The thrill of spending time and observing the gorillas is a rare moving, awesome and exciting adventure. The gorilla is a shy and peaceful animal and it is an unforgettable experience to watch and photograph them as they interact. Dinner and overnight at Buhoma Homestead.

Day 29: Lake Bunyonyi Island Tour, Uganda
Drive to Kabale a region known as the 'Switzerland of Africa' with beautiful terraced landscape and rolling hills and valleys.
do a boat ride to Lake Bunyonyi to view various islands on the lake for bird viewing and sight seeing Dinner and overnight at Arcadia cottages

Day 30: Boat ride - Lake Bunyonyi, Uganda
After breakfast, we do a boat ride alongo Lake Bunyonyi to see various islands that include the punishing island where girls who could conceive before marriage were dropped for crocodile to fist on them though other where resceued by fishermen in exchange for ahand in marriage, the lake for bird viewing and sight seeing. Return to the Resort for lunch. After our lunch drive to Kisoro and cross the border. Dinner and overnight at Gorilla nest Camp in Rwanda. B,L,D

Day 31: Virunga Volcanoes Trek
After early breakfast get set to transfer back to kampala as you pass along buetifull landscape of Uganda with its green look pass by mbarara town stop at the equator for ahot meal as lunch then procced to kampala for your fright back home end of safaris thank
